While working at Smith Hanes Studio, Patrick Di Rito led the design team for Bullard, the main restaurant in the historic Woodlark Hotel in downtown Portland. This exceptional dining space merges the rustic charm of Texas with Oregon's rich culinary heritage. The design centers around a prominent wood-fired hearth in the open kitchen, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Natural materials, textured fabrics, and thoughtfully designed lighting enhance the space, offering a polished environment for both intimate gatherings and grand celebrations.
